Helping you and your loved ones find your path forward.

I am Jessica Kluetz, DO. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and physician.

Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to help the loved ones of patients, as well as my own friends and family members, navigate a complex healthcare system.

My journey into medicine began after graduating from Purdue University. Upon receiving my degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine-Midwestern University I started a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago.

After having two kids and a third one on the way I was ready to return to Indiana and start my career as a staff physician on the acute rehabilitation unit at St.Vincent’s Hospital on 86th street. I would later become the medical director for that rehab unit.

Balancing all of my passions became difficult, and I decided to become a consultant providing rehabilitation services to residents of skilled nursing facilities. My training and almost decade long practice experience have provided me with the skills to provide compassionate direction to those in search of a path through the labyrinth that is the healthcare system.
